What is Winko?
Winko is the club where all fans will be able to buy content from their favourite creators in a safe way. We believe that not only content creators should be protected, but fans as well.
Is this a Scam?
No way! Winko Club is backed by a Canadian Company. We are very transparent, please read the Terms of Service to know who, what, how, where and when.

Fan Account
How do I Sign up as a Fan?
Please go to https://winko.club/register. At this point, you will be able to start following free public publications from your favourite creators. If you want to unlock a single private content or subscribe to a creator, you will need to configure a credit card (read below for the fine detail).
Is there any Restriction on which Country I am from Signing up?
Technically speaking, you can sign up from any place on Earth.
I keep seeing a Verification Message when I go to some places on my Profile, What is that?
All accounts, regardless of their nature (fan's or content creator's) are the same. A content creator account is a fan account with verification. If you are not planning to be a content creator you just ignore that message when you see it. The verification message only appears on specific sections that content creators configure.
May I convert my Account from Fan to Content Creator?
Yes, you can. You will need to run the verification process. Please read the Content Creator's FAQ if you are planning to do that.
How do I delete my account?
We do not delete accounts, if you want, we will disable your account permanently. Please note that is action is irreversible. Should you wish to deactivate your Winko! account, please contact Winko! customer support at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to submit your deactivation request.
We suggest before this to delete any configured credit card you may have.
How do I Pay for Content?
There are different ways fans may pay tent creators for content:
- by subscribing to you on monthly basis, fans will have access to all your content (free and paid);
- by following for free and unblocking single posts, fans will be able to see only free posts and only those they have paid for; and
- by customized content bought using our chat, you will be able to see the locked content, then you will need to pay if they want to enjoy it.
Are all Content Creators Verified?
Yes! We do not allow any content creator to post or make money if they haven't been verified. Verification will assure all our fans that:
- There is an identified individual behind the account, and
- The content creator is at least 18 years old.
What Payment Methods do you Support?
At this moment, fans can only pay using a valid Credit or Debit card.
Is it Safe to Store My Credit Card Information?
Yes, it is. We do not save any credit card information. We use Stripe (a major credit card carrier) to store all the financial information you give us.
May I Buy Customized Content?
Yes of course! Go to the Message center and request it from your favourite content creator,. When you two finally agree on a price, you will get a message where you can pay. Your fan will get a message similar to this.
Once it is paid, you will see what it is.
Support for Fans
How do I ask for Support?
You can always use the Facebook chat at the bottom, if you opt for that please make sure to identify yourself. Depending on the nature of your question we may ask for something to make sure you are who you are (for example money matters).

What do I do if I am unable to log in to my account? I am sure my username and password are correct.
Make sure your username is the email address you register with, not the alias you use to promote your Winko profile. You may want to use the password reset option.
If this option doesn't work for you or you do not have access to the email, please contact support. You will have to verify your identity before any access is granted.
I want a Refund, What I do?
All purchases through Winko are final. There are only two situations where a refund applies. Please read our Terms of Service to understand this.
How do I Report an Account or a Publication?
If you are being an object of harassment or any other misbehaviour, please report this to support. You will need to provide proof of this (such as a screenshot).

What do I do if I suspected that my Account has been Accessed by Someone else?
Please make sure you are setting up a complex password and the email you are using is not well-known. The only way a person may access an account is through a logging account. You are the sole responsible for keeping this password safe.
